- Legitimate Interests: For security, operations, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring.

We delete personal and project data when you remove it in the app or delete your account, unless retention is required by law. Technical data is retained as needed for abuse prevention.

- Email Delivery: Microsoft (EU/USA).
- AI Models: OpenAI (USA), with your data marked as "non-training" input.
- Hosting & Logs: PythonAnywhere (EU/USA).
6. Cookies & Tracking
In the app, we use session cookies and performance trackers. The website currently has no tracking tools. Planned tools like Google Analytics will be introduced only after notifying users and obtaining consent.
7. User Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing by emailing beta@project-problems.app. A data portability tool is planned.
8. Security Measures
- Data encryption in transit (TLS).
- Access controls with password protection and role management on servers.
- Regular backups.
